  • Place a new order.
  • Inquire about open orders.
  • Check inventory levels for items you’ve purchased in the past so you can see how many are available.
  • See what you’ve purchased in the past in units and dollars.
  • Run an aging inquiry to check on how much is owed NWPB and for how long.
  • Check out your customer profile to see that it is correct.
