REGULAR SLOTTED CONTAINERS
|
Many standard containers with four
flaps on top or bottom such as Regular slotted containers (RSCS), Full
overlaps (FOLS), and partial overlaps (POLS) can be custom manufactured
without extra tooling, keeping costs down. Custom printing and special
cutouts can be added for one-time tooling costs and a small upcharge.
Some of our equipment can be changed over in minutes and run as many as
15,000 boxes an hour. With these capabilities, no order size too large
or too small. |

LARGE CARTONS
|
If you have a large product (such as furniture, applications, doors, etc. we can design a carton to hold it. If you are currently crating your product, or need a better way of protecting it, we can offer more cost-effective corrugated packaging. By converting single-wall, double-wall, and triple-wall we can devise many different ways to protect your product. | ||

DIE CUT BOXES

Some products require custom boxes with special openings, extra protection, or restrictive size limitations that necessitate special die tooling. Our designers can devise specific ways to help your product ship and then sell itself, all within one package. With over 80 sizes, tests, colors, and strengths of corrugated and chipboard stock at our facility, we can create any size pad or sheet. If you need stiffeners for calendars or are creating stage sets, we have pads that should meet your requirements. |
