Straight answers about custom packaging in the Pacific Northwest.

We manufacture custom corrugated boxes, rigid set-up boxes, die cuts, protective inserts, and POP displays. We also carry packaging supplies and offer fulfillment and inventory storage, all under one roof.
We offer extensive structural and graphic customization including CAD design, prototypes, and 3D renderings; internal and external structures including foam up to 2"; functional coatings for moisture, oil, grease, and flame retardancy; and specialty finishes like foil stamping, embossing, debossing, and custom textures for rigid packaging.
Minimums vary by product line. Some items require higher quantities, while others can be produced in much smaller runs. The best way to get an accurate MOQ for your project is to reach out to our team and we'll guide you to the right option.
Production time varies by product. Standard corrugated items ship in 7 to 10 business days from art approval; complex corrugated items take 2+ weeks. Rigid set-up boxes take 3 to 6 weeks. Folding cartons take approximately 4 weeks. Shipping may add a day or two. We also operate our own dedicated truck fleet for regional deliveries.

Northwest Paper Box has been serving the Pacific Northwest since 1953, headquartered in Camas, WA with a location in Seattle, WA. We ship throughout Oregon, Washington, and California, and operate our own dedicated truck fleet for regional deliveries.
Yes. We provide contract packaging, vendor-managed inventory, and ongoing order management to keep your supply chain running smoothly. We can pack, label, and ship your products directly to your customers.
We maintain SFI-certified material options from responsibly managed forests, with access to FSC and PEFC certifications on request. We're also affiliated with AIB International, AICC (The Independent Packaging Association), and Oregon Business & Industry (OBI).
Corrugated manufacturing is subject to a plus or minus 10% over-run or under-run. An order for 1,000 boxes may ship and bill between 900 and 1,100 units to accommodate material waste and machine setup. If you cannot accept these variations, it must be stated during quoting as it will affect the price.
We use high-recycled-content materials, water-based inks, and tightly monitored wastewater systems. We source from responsibly managed forests with SFI-certified options, use recycled chipboard for rigid boxes, and operate locally from Camas and Seattle to reduce transportation distances and support regional supply chains.
